Refund Policy

All sales are considered final unless specific conditions are met to qualify
for a return:

Damaged or
Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and inform us immediately via the
return portal if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We will review your
claim and, if approved, provide detailed return instructions.

Exclusions
and Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not permitted if the product has been used or if more than 30 days
have passed since the purchase date. Additionally, sale items and discounted
products are excluded from return eligibility.

Exchanges

Products cannot be exchanged, as all purchases are final.

14-Day
Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers

For items shipped to EU countries, you may cancel or return your order within
14 days, regardless of the reason. To qualify, the item must be in the same
condition as received—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original
packaging. A valid proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the
approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and
credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that
your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the
transaction. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from
approval, please contact dreamz.shop2024@gmail.com.

How to
Initiate a Return

To request a return, use the return portal and insert the informations asked.
If your request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. Items
sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
